Tidewell started in 2017 with one van and a rule: the people who clean are employees, paid properly and sent to the same homes each week. Forty people later, that is still the rule.

Ingrid cleaned houses for an app for two years and never saw the same home twice. Clients got strangers, cleaners got no hours they could count on. Tidewell is the opposite bet: steady teams, steady clients, and a re-clean promise we have kept since the first job.
